Causes
There was a rise in militarism, imperialism, and nationalism. Germany wanted more land for a longer population, wanted to revise the Treaty of Versailles, and the Anti-Comintern Pact.
Historical Details
Germany invaded Austria and Czechoslovakia then Germany and the Soviets signed a Non-aggression pact.
Germany invaded Poland. France and Great Britain declared war. later on Japan captures Manchuria. Germany would later win the Battle of Dunkirk and begin to become overconfident thinking they could attack Great Britain, then the Soviets then the United States.
Outcome
The United States won. Germany and Hitler were at last defeated. Germany had to pay 20 Billion dollars in reparations to the hardest hit areas of France and Belgium.
